We started off with 1 building of 9 units and now have 9 buildings ranging from 36 units to 130 units located in Halifax, Dartmouth and Bedford. We have a management team and staff some of which also occupy tenancy.

We are right next door to Convergys www.convergys.com  Call Centre, Gallery One, 3 minutes away from Burnside Industrial Park / Murray Bridge, 13 minutes away from Sackville and 12 minutes from downtown Halifax/CFB Shearwater. 

The building is security locked and Surveillance cameras are available to see who is ringing your intercom from the comfort of your living room T.V.

We have a maintenance team on duty to maintain, repair and general up keep to the building.

Our building is wheel chair accessible.
