We have been in the apartment rental and construction business for the last 30 years.
We started off with 1 building of 9 units and now have 9 buildings ranging from 36 units to 130 units located in Halifax, Dartmouth and Bedford. We have a management team and staff some of which also occupy tenancy.

The building at 66 Highfield Park Drive is located near bus routes, schools, shopping malls and parks. We are right next door to Convergys www.convergys.com  Call Centre, Gallery One, 3 minutes away from Burnside Industrial Park / Murray Bridge, 13 minutes away from Sackville and 12 minutes from downtown Halifax/CFB Shearwater. 

The building is security locked and Surveillance cameras are available to see who is ringing your intercom from the comfort of your living room T.V. We have a Security guard that patrols the hallways and parking lot 7 days a week.

We have a maintenance team on duty to maintain, repair and general up keep to the building.

Our building is wheel chair accessible.
